ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be part of our Demand Generation team and responsible for developing and managing new inbound marketing strategies (outside of paid search/social) to drive thought leadership and lead volume for sales pipeline growth. We are looking for a marketer with expertise in online marketing campaigns, ideally with a background in the B2B SaaS world.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Own, plan, execute, project manage, and measure global marketing programs and campaigns, from inception to execution, across multiple channels (media publications, affiliates, associations, communities, email)
- Find creative ways to build an online presence to continue brand awareness and thought leadership by engaging retail & loyalty industry communities, professionals and influencers
- Plan and manage demand generation channels outside of self-service platforms (e.g., paid social/paid search). This includes paid advertorials on industry-focused websites, content syndication, advertorials, sponsored newsletters, joint webinars, podcasts, etc.
- Support building ABM marketing programs for different account tiers
- Maintain a test-and-learn approach and a bias for action to continually optimize and accelerate performance
- Deliver creative and content briefings for content and design teams to ensure integrated and efficient execution of campaigns
- Work closely with the performance marketing (paid social/paid search) and marketing automation teams to create an integrated full-funnel campaign approach.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience in integrated marketing and sales strategies, with a background in SaaS/B2B marketing focused on enterprise prospects
- Confidence in working across multiple projects at any given time and strong project management and prioritization skills
- Experience managing content syndication, direct media buys, advertorials, and joint activities with third parties
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience in using martech/analytics tools like Looker, HubSpot, Salesforce to measure impact and guide strategy
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) approaches
- Experience with briefing speakers for webinars/podcasts
- Experience with content drafting & creating, plus understanding of technical audiences, are a plus but not mandatory.
