Your Tasks
- Develop and communicate program vision and roadmap
- Gain an in-depth understanding of users and gather key insights that will shape the product
- Define program epics that meet business requirements and enable product teams to develop fit for purpose software solutions
- Prioiritize the product backlog in an objective and transparent way
- Participate in program increment planning
- Preparation and hosting workshops with user groups
- Perform activities necessary to accept a completed user story
- Maintain product documentation
- Testing, deployment, and training of new features
- Participate in team retrospectives to continuously improve
- Stakeholder management and organize review meetings
Your Profile
- University degree in supply chain management, logistics or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, product development and agile development methods
- Relevant experience in the retail sector
- Deep knowledge of SAP S4 Hana
- Team player (m/f/d) with the ability to work in an international environment
- Strong communication skills and experienced ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders across all hierarchies
- Fluent in English, knowledge of the German language in speaking and writing is desired, any other language is beneficial
