Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are looking for you as Personnel Planner / Art Buyer Freelancer Booking (m/f/d) for our location in Georgsmarienhütte as soon as possible.
Location
Your tasks
- General administrative and organisational tasks
- Answering of external and internal calls, as well as forwarding of calls and digital callback requests
- Preparation and support of in-house or customer meetings and events, as well as the reservation and organisation of presentation rooms
- Organisation of kitchens and catering
- Organisation of facility management and caretaker assignments
- Management of mail and interoffice mail
What we expect
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. hotel management assistant, tourism management assistant or office management assistant
- Professional experience in the service sector, preferably in office management
- Exceptional organisational skills and quick thinking
- Structured, reliable work style with an eye for detail
- Good team-working skills and flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure, as well as a confident use of MS Office programs
- A professional, pleasant manner, and good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
